UI Designer | Full-time | On Site

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into unique and functional user interfaces.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs, adhering to brand guidelines and design best practices.
• Stay updated on UI industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to ensure the latest design techniques are applied.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics and assets for promotional materials.
• Establish design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
• Excellent eye for aesthetics, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design, as well as a basic understanding of front-end development principles, is a plus.

Secondary Responsibilities

Work 5 days a week | Sat - Wed
Work 8 hours a day
You’ll have to use time tracking tools like Hubstaff
 

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year experience as UI Designer
