Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate accounting and financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Undertaking extensive travel responsibilities for business purposes.
- Handle general office administration tasks.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintain and organize files and documents.

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
